		<description>Great catch - I saw the point you were referring to and have cleared up the confusing text.  Essentially, when taking advantage of the NUA provision, as long as you&#039;ve had a triggering event (termination of employment is the most likely), there is no penalty on the distribution of the company stock when the entire account is distributed in one tax year.
