I am linking this page to our Brown Land & Timber Company page on Facebook as well as on Twitter. We are new to social networking on both. I invite you to join us on both and please feel free to make any suggestions.
So far, I have assisted 10 IRA accounts liquidate, open a self-directed IRA and fund their purchase of what we call investment class land and timber.
My husband has developed a unique buying strategy for the off wall street investor who doesn't have the 5MM up to go to Hancock to purchase timberland on their behalf. We take orders and fill them, we do not find the property and then try to sell it, we have a very strict criteria of what determines "investment class" land and timber. We also use 3rd party non-interested foresters and appraiser to determine the value.
We have not udpated our website yet, still working on a marketing strategy that includes all aspects of social networking SEO etc. However, I look forward to following you on Twitter and will notify all when the updates are complete.
