I’ve mentioned this template in the past – a group of forms that can be used to gather all of your financial information into one place. This is very important to have available for your family in the event of your untimely passing, as well as to serve as a place that you can store all of the account numbers, access codes, professional contact information and the like that is important to have on hand.
The zip file is a series of 8 word documents that you can customize to your needs. You’ll need to have an “unzip” utility available so that you can access the files – there are many unzip utilities available on the internet, as well as some built in to your operating system, depending on which type of system you use.
